BBQ

too lazy to update blog lately, this entry was almost a month ago... lol~

Went to BBQ at Siu Lam on a very heavy rainny day.... since we planned to BBQ a week earlier and we didn't expect the weather was that bad until we got there. Fortunately Jason drove and he picked most of them by car. Me and Roger and Vivian and Louise took bus in. The closer we approached to the BBQ court, the rain was getting heavier. When we got there Jason said no way we can BBQ so they were decided to leave. But then we found out there's a better "covered" or rain-proof-roof BBQ court beside, so we ended up BBQ there. It's just the BBQ court i went w/ Clau, Pizila and my frd few yrs ago! Although the weather was bad, it was good that the weather a lot cooler and the BBQ court wasn't so packed like a normal weekend~ but we couldn't get into the beach lor.....

It's Ching Ming Festival and Easter holidays~ so my relatives and my grandma decided to back to China to "bai shan" and visit our relatives. Haven't gone back for almost 3 yrs, everything has rapidly changed again! Firstly, it only took me 2 hrs to get back. I remember when i was small, we needed to take the MTR and then ferry then the tour bus. Then few yrs ago, we needed to go Lo Wu first, then lineup for the tour bus. This time, I can take the tour bus directly from Tuen Mun and crossed the new border in ShenZhen Bay. So much more efficient and convenience...

Also, when i were small, my grandma always needed to bring our used clothes and food and money back to our relatives. Now? they are all driving luxury cars and living in decent apartment and having a good paid job. Of cuz they're all hard working ppl, but what i want to say is, they got the opportunities that other places are lacking of. So... I really feel... if HK don't improve anymore, we're hopeless........

anyways... another highlights of the trip, is EAT EAT EAT & MJ. Food are cheap and delicious. And I was forced to play MJ everyday~ holyyyyyyy...... i was totally a waterfish facing these... tens of yrs of experience MJ expert!!!!

Our motel room, pretty good ga, only $118/night. Just a little bit noisy outside cuz it's a market....

Our house: 100+ yrs old alrdy... lots of treasury inside!
